Approved stations are those stations that (1) are broadcast on U.S. TV networks that can evidence a previously obtained, non-website generated FPM license (e.g., a license procured by telephone, email, or post) for the music; (2) have a current and valid public performance blanket license with each US performance rights societies ("PRO") (i.e. BMI/ASCAP/SESAC), which blanket license requires such station to report each use of the music; (3) provide payment to the copyright holders for each use of music; and (4) file all requisite cue sheets with each PRO for the use of the music.
