There is seemingly no limit to Haydn's inventiveness in his piano trios. Each of the composer's trios follow very similar dramatic arcs and use similar melodic and harmonic structures, yet each has a character all its own. This piece is well-paced and exciting as each successive movement builds on the last. Whether you're intimately familiar with Haydn's piano trios or are new to them, Trio Hob 29 is a worthy listen.
